Trouble logging into your account

Sorry you're having some trouble logging in. If you're having an issue signing up for Irie Care Collective or logging into your account, the following sections provide some helpful information. If you still can't find what you are looking for please feel free to contact us.

Invalid email address/password combination

If you're receiving this error, remember, your password is case sensitive, so capitalized vs. lowercase letters matter! Also, make sure you're not inadvertently adding a blank space before or after your password. If you're still having trouble, try one of these solutions:

  • 1. Clear any automatically stored passwords. This will ensure that invalid information is not being entered for you automatically by your computer.
  • 2. Create a new password using our Password Reset Form. (Be sure to use the email address tied to your Irie Care Collective account.)

You've already signed up for an account with this email address?

If you're receiving this error, it means you're using the account creation page rather than the login page. Make sure you're logging in on the proper login page, which can be found here.

I had trouble logging into Irie Care Collective. Now I'm locked out.

You may have trouble logging into Constant Contact if you have forgotten your username or password. You have up to six failed log in attempts before your account is locked and you are prompted to reset your password.

Note: If your account gets locked multiple times but you have the correct log in information, check to see if you are using any programs that integrate with Constant Contact. These programs also must have the correct log in information, otherwise they will cause the account to get locked
